Huelva Huelva is a province situated in southern Spain, in the western part of the community of Andalusia. It is surrounded by Portugal, the provinces of Bajadoz, Sevilla, and Cádiz, and of course the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Its capital shares the same name as Huelva. Although Huelva may lack the star attractions of many other provincial capitals, but the centre in it's heart is a stunning place with many pretty plazas to see, absorbing monuments and beautiful port with seafood bars and restaurants. The centre is also relatively compact so you can enjoy and explore the sights without having to take a bus.
