Oxford

Oxford is a city full of great English tradition where the world famous University dominates the city. The majestic University buildings are what most people will associate with the City although in reality there is so much more to the city than this. Punting on the River Thames or Cherwell has to be tried, especially in the summer where there are some fantastic traditional British Pubs and picnic spots to enjoy. Architecturally most famous are the Sheldon Theatre and the Tower of the Five Orders. Also take the opportunity to visit University Museum home to more than an incredible 5 million exhibits. Oxford's location is also great situated only an hours drive away from London.
