Stuttgart Stuttgart is the capital of the state of Baden-Württemberg, placed in southern Germany. It's a lively town with lots of cultural activities, museums and events through the year like the Stuttgart Wine Festival, the Stuttgart Beer Festival and the Stuttgart Christmas Market. The architectural richness is amazing.
