Suceava A large town in Romania that was once the capital of Moldova, Suceava is a great historical town that offers plenty of sites and attractions. The main attractions of the town are the Young Prince's Church, the Royal Inn, the Mirauti Church and the Zamca Monastery. There are also plenty of museums that tell the history of the town from its black pottery past to the folk traditions dating back hundreds of years. Pork stew and seasoned trout with sour cream are two of the main local dishes. There are also some wonderful folk festivals throughout the year which should be experienced.
