Just because one company offers you a cheaper deal does not mean that it is better.
Here is a list of questions that you should ask:

| What does my room include? (eg. ensuite, TV, bed type, balcony, view etc.) |
| Does the price quoted include tax? |
| What is your cancellation policy? What percentage of the amount I have paid will be lost if I cancel my booking? |
| What is the total amount that will be taken from my credit/debit card? |
| What currency will appear on my card statement? |
| What is the full address of the accommodation? |
| Is there a time by which I need to have arrived at my accommodation? |
| What rate of gratuity/tip is usual at the accommodation? |
We frequently check prices - however, if you ever find something incorrect please notify us.
In particular, let us know about any obvious instances of 'Bait and Switch', the practice of offering unrealistic low fares, in the hope of luring the customer into buying a more expensive room.
